Rooms available for hire

To make a booking request: Fill out the City of Ballarat Community Hubs Room Booking Request

Spaces available for hire include:

Meeting room - Capacity: 10 seated
Community room 1+ 2- Capacity: 80 seated/100 standing
Community room 1 - Capacity: 60 seated
Community room 2 - Capacity: 18 seated

These spaces have access to AV functionality, fully equipped kitchen, concierge/reception at the entrance, informal lounge space, public wifi and outdoor garden terrace.
