PAINT DISPOSAL AT BALLARAT TRANSFER STATION 

Due to a current high demand being experienced by our contractor, the Ballarat Transfer Station will not be accepting paint for the next four weeks. This service will recommence in January 2021 at a date to be advised.  

PERMIT APPLICATIONS 

The responsible authority will not decide on the application before 19 December 2020.

NOTICE TO OWNERS OR OCCUPIERS OF LAND

To the owners/occupier of the property located at the address of Rear 416 Eureka Street Eureka

A notice to undertake fire prevention works by mowing/slashing all grass, weeds etc so that the remaining material does not exceed 100mm in height.

Failure to comply with this notice will result in works being undertaken and all associated costs being recovered from the owner/occupier, and an infringement notice may be issued.

All works must be completed no later than 21 December 2020

This notice has been affixed on the above property in accordance with section 41A(3) of the Country Fire Authority Act 1958
