NOTICE OF MEETING 

Unscheduled Council Meeting 

Notice is hereby given that an Unscheduled Council Meeting will be held at the Council Chambers, Town Hall, Sturt Street, Ballarat, on Wednesday, 12 October 2022 commencing at 6:30pm. 

The Unscheduled Council Meeting is called for Council to consider the Annual Financial Statements and Performance Statement.  

Cemetery Trust Meeting 

Notice is hereby given that the next meeting of the City of Ballarat Class B Cemetery Trusts for the Learmonth and Glendaruel (Coghill’s Creek) Cemeteries will be held at the Council Chambers, Town Hall in Sturt Street, Ballarat Wednesday, 12 October 2022 commencing at 7.00pm.  

HAVE YOUR SAY ON MYSAY - SMALL PARKS IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM

City of Ballarat has identified twelve open spaces across the city for upgrade as part of the 2022-2023 Small Parks Improvements Program. Works are intended to improve amenity, attractiveness, usability, provide natural shade and habitat as well as increase pedestrian access and connections. 

Draft plans are complete and need your feedback as part of the design process ahead of implementation. 

Reserves included in this year’s program include:   

• Cuthberts Road Reserve (Alfredton) 

• Vale Street Reserve (Alfredton) 

• Horsham Crescent Reserve (Alfredton) 

• Webb Avenue Reserve (Ballarat East) 

• Inkerman Gully Reserve (Ballarat North)

• Orchard Estate Reserve (Brown Hill) 

• Hearn Road Reserve (Brown Hill) 

• Hermitage Avenue Reserve (Mt. Clear) 

• Glenvale Road Reserve (Mt. Clear)
