Hugh, an easy-going fella, who can be a little shy at first till he is comfortable then he transforms into a super smoocher!

He likes to just chill out and relax with you, lounging around in his bed getting all the pats.

FIRE HAZARD REDUCTION

City of Ballarat is encouraging people to start preparing their own properties for summer and making them as fire safe as possible.

Free Green Waste Week commences between Saturday 11 November and Sunday 19 November, which is the perfect opportunity to clean your yard by disposing of your domestic green waste free of charge at City of Ballarat Transfer Station.

Slashing on City of Ballarat-owned properties has commenced on 14 November in the north-western area of the municipality, which traditionally dries out first.

COMMUNITY SATISFACTION SURVEY

Ballarat residents may receive a call from an independent market research agency, National Field Services, in the coming weeks. They have been commissioned to conduct a community satisfaction survey on behalf of the City of Ballarat.

Similar surveys will be undertaken across Victorian councils. The survey has been designed to assess the performance of the City of Ballarat across a range of measures to identify ways to provide improvement or more effective service delivery to residents.

About 200 residents will be contacted throughout the survey period. Please be assured that your details and individual responses are confidential. Only the overall results are shared with the City of Ballarat.

If you have any questions, contact the City of Ballarat Customer Service team on 5320 5500.
