The following statement is in response to enquiries from The Courier regarding the the City of Ballarat's work with the State Government on the 1000 Carparks project.

The City of Ballarat continues to work closely with the State Government on the 1000 Carparks project.
The City of Ballarat is delivering this project under the terms and conditions of the funding agreement with the State Government.
City of Ballarat accounts are audited independently with approved acquittal.
