City of Ballarat welcomes City Oval upgrade funding commitment

The City of Ballarat has welcomed last Thursday’s promise from the candidate for the federal seat of Ballarat, Paula Doran that the federal Coalition will commit $1 million towards the upgrade of City Oval change rooms should it win government at the 3 May federal election.
City of Ballarat Mayor Cr Tracey Hargreaves said the upgrade to City Oval change rooms was needed and was a priority for the City of Ballarat.
“City of Ballarat’s hope is that the ALP will match this promise so that funding for the project is guaranteed regardless of the outcome of this election.”
