Council Endorses Preferred Bridge Mall Precinct Plan
Ballarat City Councillors have endorsed a preferred Precinct Plan to revitalise the Ballart Bridge Mall supporting the re-introduction of one-way, east-bound, slow moving traffic to the Mall. Soil contamination at former Midlands Reserve Scout Hall site
Update: 9 June 2021  The City of Ballarat enacted a site remediation plan, and the contaminated soil was removed by Enviroco Pty Ltd, as an Environment Protection Authority (EPA) licensed contractor.  Enviroco has followed approved EPA processes and all contaminated material has been removed from the former scout hall site, and disposed of at an EPA approved, contained site.
