Hard waste

The City of Ballarat does not have a hard waste collection service.

You can take your hard waste to the Ballarat Transfer Station.

Residential properties in Ballarat that receive a City of Ballarat kerbside waste collection service receive two free Ballarat Transfer Station vouchers each year to help with removing hard waste items.

The two Ballarat Transfer Station vouchers are included in the waste collection brochure delivered to eligible residents in July each year.
