Planning permits: Appeal a City of Ballarat planning decision

If you do not agree with a City of Ballarat decision or a decision has not been made within the prescribed time, you may submit an application for review (referred to as ‘Planning disputes’ via Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT)).
