Community Sentiment Survey
Around 800 residents will soon be randomly invited to share their views on Council services and engagement through a new Community Sentiment Survey.
Independent provider Metropolis Research will conduct door-to-door interviews across the municipality during January and February. Each interview takes about 15 minutes, and all responses are confidential. Interviewers will carry photo ID, a City of Ballarat letter, and a branded lanyard.
Some rural residents may be contacted by phone, with calls made in line with Australian Communications and Media Authority guidelines.
Your feedback will help guide future Council decisions and improvements to services, facilities, and activities. Further performance and satisfaction data will also be collected through the annual Community Satisfaction Survey in February.
Construction of Roundabout at Greenhalghs and Finchs Road
The intersection of Greenhalghs Road and Finchs Road in Bunkers Hill will be completely closed to all traffic until 26 January.
Previously, traffic has been able to pass through the intersection, with works already underway to build a new roundabout as part of the Federal Government’s Black Spot Program.
During the period up until 26 January, the intersection will be closed in all directions as the project advances. Please plan ahead and use alternative routes.
