Pet of the week: Gus

Large Male American Bulldog Mix Dog

Meet Gus, known for his happy, confident personality, Gus is looking for a loving home where he can thrive with some guidance and lots of affection.

Gus would suit a house with kids of all ages and fits right into a home with other dogs. While he enjoys doggy company, he’s especially fond of spending time with people, making him a great partner for interactive games and activities. Gus loves a secure backyard where he can run and explore, and his curiosity and playful charm are sure to keep you entertained.

Gus will require some training outside of the shelter. He can be slightly jumpy when excited. He's quite vocal, so you'll always know when he's thrilled or ready for some playtime.
