What an incredible start to Summer Sundays! Last weekend, the Botanical Gardens came alive with music, laughter, and the smell of delicious food drifting through the trees. It was wonderful to see so many people come together to enjoy this much-loved event in our beautiful gardens.

If you missed the first Sunday, don’t worry – there are still three more to go, and each promises an exciting line-up of talented artists, including plenty of local performers.

Add to that a variety of food trucks and the fully licensed Garden Bar serving refreshing local beer, wine, and spirits, and you’ve got the perfect summer afternoon.

This year, we’re introducing something new, and it’s all about giving you a voice. While you’re enjoying the music, we’d love your feedback to help shape the future of Summer Sundays.

We’ve created a short survey, just 10 quick questions, that you can complete onsite during the event. Your insights will help us make this event even better for years to come.

And here’s the bonus: by completing the survey, you’ll go into the draw to win an unforgettable Ballarat experience worth $2,500.

There are two incredible prize packs to choose from – one for families and one for adults – featuring local accommodation, dining, and attractions. It’s a fantastic way to explore the best of our region.

You’ll find QR codes around the event grounds each Sunday from 3pm to 7pm. Scan one, share your thoughts, provide your contact details, and you’re in the running. Entries close Sunday 25 January after the last event.

A winner will be chosen at random and notified by phone, email, and announced on the Summer Sundays website by the end of the month.

Grab your picnic rug, round up your friends and family, and make the most of these summer afternoons. And don’t forget to take the survey – your feedback really does make a difference.
