The purpose of the Revenue and Rating Plan is to determine the most appropriate and affordable revenue and rating approach for the City of Ballarat.
The City of Ballarat Revenue and Rating Plan 2025-2029 was adopted by Council at the 25 June Council Meeting. This forms part of the City of Ballarat’s Integrated Strategic Planning and Reporting Framework, as required under the Local Government Act 2020.
