FOOD SAFETY PROGRAM INFORMATION
Due to the recent Food Act 1984 changes only Class 1 and 2 premises require a Food Safety Program and qualified Food Safety Supervisor.
Class 1 premises still require an independent Food Safety Program. However Class 2 premises can choose to use a template Food Safety Program.
