Note – The above fees are based on fee units derived from the Monetary Units Act 2004. For ease of use, those fee units have been converted to a dollar value based on the value of a fee unit as it is set for the 2016/17 financial year. A fee unit value is adjusted each year by the Treasurer’s amount and is published in the Government Gazette.  In accordance with the Monetary Units Act 2004, the current value of a fee unit for the 2016/17 financial year is $13.94. If an application of two or more classes is proposed, the resultant fee may end in a multiple of five cents. In such cases, the fee must be rounded up to the nearest 10 cents.

AMENDING AN APPLICATION AFTER NOTICE HAS BEEN GIVEN
