AMENDMENT C101 - 105 TO 201 SMYTHES ROAD, DELACOMBE


TGM Group Pty Ltd, on behalf of N and V Dodgshun and S and L Hornsby, has submitted a combined planning scheme amendment and planning permit application to rezone 105 – 201 Smythes Road, Delacombe, from the Low Density Residential Zone to the Residential 1 Zone and to subdivide the land into 143 lots.

 Council will in due course appoint a consultant from its Strategic Planning Panel to independently consider the amendment request, and if Council resolves to prepare an amendment, progress the amendment request on Council’s behalf.
