Planning Application Timeframes

The current timeframe for completion of planning applications is approximately 10 to 12 weeks (assuming that all required information is provided at the time of lodgement and that advertising of the application is not required). However, if the application is considered minor this timeframe may be reduced significantly.

After application lodgement, you will receive written acknowledgement detailing the planning officer assigned to your application. The letter will also include a contact phone and reference number for future enquiries.
