Amendments

After a permit has been issued and the plans have been endorsed, there is opportunity to make application to amend the permit. An amendment can be for something as minor as a new proposed doorway, or as large as an extra dwelling on the site. An application to amend a planning permit must be submitted, along with documentation outlining requirements for the amendment, being similar to that required for the original planning application.
