Building Services - Appointment System

After surveying 700 users of Council's Building Service's Unit, customers identified the need for faster processing of building permits. To assist with processing building permit applications faster an appointment service has been introduced.

Appointment Service

As of Monday, 7 August 2006, you can access the new Building Appointment Service for all general and technical building enquiries as follows:

Appointments available from: Monday to Friday from 8.40am to 12.00pm in 20 minute blocks (40 minute appointments available for customers with more time-intensive enquiries).


This new service will result in faster approval of building permits, and scheduled appointments will overcome waiting delays for customers.
