Council Agendas are normally available on this web page on the Monday preceding a Council meeting and confirmed Minutes will be available after the subsequent Council meeting.  Different arrangements may apply to Special meetings of Council.  If a member of the general public would like a copy of the Public Agenda or a specific report please contact the Governance Unit on 5320 5864 or email governance@ballarat.vic.gov.au by 4.30pm on the afternoon of the Council meeting.
