Members of the Ballarat property industry will get an update on the three Ballarat West projects this Wednesday – the Ballarat West Growth Area, Ballarat West Employment Zone, and Ballarat Western Link Road.

An information session will be held at the Art Gallery of Ballarat to bring the industry up to date as works progress on the projects, aimed at accommodating population growth in a sustainable manner, capitalising on investment opportunities and improving the efficiency of transport.

City of Ballarat Mayor Craig Fletcher said it was important for the property industry to be across the project developments.

“The session will be an ideal opportunity for this group to further develop their understanding of how these projects will create growth opportunities for their businesses and to learn more about the changes that are expected to take place”.

Further information sessions for the entire community will take place on each Ballarat West project in coming months. Residents are advised to check Council’s website for regular updates.
