Ballarat businesses will learn the secrets to writing successful tenders through the City of Ballarat’s Tender Write workshop series.

The five-workshop series will kick off on Thursday 18 August and will include three hands on workshops to assist businesses in perfecting their tender writing skills.

City of Ballarat Mayor Craig Fletcher said the Tender Write series provided a great opportunity for people to grow their businesses.

“Winning tenders can be crucial to business success so it’s important that business owners are up to date and familiar with what local and state government are looking for in tender applications”.

“The best thing about the series is that it incorporates learning with hands-on application of these new skills to ensure the best outcome”.

Thursday night’s workshop will be followed by another four sessions to be held on October 4, 13 and 21 and November 24.

All workshops are free of charge and will be held at the Trench Room, Ballarat Town Hall.
