Council operates a transfer station for the receipt of community and industry waste and unwanted household materials and greenwaste.
The Ballarat Transfer Station is located at Gillies Street South, Ballarat (opposite Victoria Park). Phone: 03 5334 2621.
Opening Hours
Monday to Friday: 8.00am to 4.00pm
Weekends and public holidays: 10.00am to 4.00pm
The facility is closed Christmas Day, New Years Day, Anzac Day and Good Friday.
