The City of Ballarat provides library services in partnership with five other municipalities, through the Central Highlands Regional Library Corporation.

• Stockland Shopping Centre, Gillies Street, Wendouree
• The Mobile Library services the following areas: City of Ballarat, Shire of Hepburn, Shire of Moorabool, Shire of Pyrenees, Ararat Rural City Council, Central Goldfields Shire & Southern Grampians Shire.
