Enhanced Home Parenting

Overview

This service provides an intensive in-home program for a period of up to 10 weeks for families with children from birth to four years of age. The program targets families experiencing difficulties caring for their children, high-needs families, and families in crisis.

Services provided include:

• practical information and support
• support for breastfeeding and settling issues
• counseling for parenting issues
• emotional support
• behavioural strategies
• information and referral to other services within the community
